The winter of 2018, I took this photo whilst hunting for a Christmas tree with my family. We had set out, determined to find "the perfect one" before dusk. Large clumps of snowflakes fell all around us, almost blending the distant trees along the horizon, with the cloudy, white sky. The "whoosh...whoosh" of cars making it through the snow slowly faded behind us, and old warm boots crunched through the icy base as we trudged deeper into the neatly planted isles of fraser firs.
8"x10" prints are signed and made on heavy cardstock.
